- Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.
- Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
- Start with a body scan, focus on your body and notice any areas of tension or discomfort, and imagine breathing into those areas, releasing the tension and allowing your body to relax completely.
- Focus on your breath and allow your body to relax. Start counting backwards from 10 to 1, with each number focus on a different body part, relaxing it completely.
- Imagine yourself surrounded by abundance and prosperity, visualize yourself surrounded by wealth, success, and happiness.
- Visualize a specific project or goal that you want to achieve, see yourself there and feel the emotions you would feel when it becomes real.
- As you continue to focus on your breath, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
- "I am capable of achieving this goal"
- "I am surrounded by the right people and resources to make it happen"
- "I trust in the universe to bring me abundance and success."
- Continue to focus on your breath, the image of abundance and your goal for a few minutes. Start counting from 1 to 10, with each number bringing you back to full awareness and alertness.
- When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath.
Remind yourself to be consistent and practice regularly, also to adapt the script to your own personal needs and goals, and remember to be open to receive the abundance that you are manifesting.
