Sleep: Probably one of the most important and neglected aspect of well-being. - Some of the most prestigious specialists argue that Sleep is the number one habit that may improve about anything else.
A good night sleep makes us feel better both psychologically as well as physiologically. 
It is a self-organizing and self-regulating process that makes our body works in optimal conditions.
Lack of sleep leads to obesity and diabetes and is one of the biggest risks for cardiovascular disease and premature death.

Sleep: 
boosts immunity
lowers inflammation
make you loose weight
boosts mental wellbeing
prevents depression
impacts memory and learning
helps productivity and concentration
prevents diabetes
increases sex drive
increases fitness performance
decreases heart disease
increases fertility

Good Sleeping habits:
Keep a consistent sleep schedule. 
Get at least 7 hours of sleep. 
Establish a relaxing bedtime routine. (ex: reading, meditate)
Make your bedroom quiet and relaxing. 
Keep the room at a comfortable, cool temperature. 
Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings.
Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
Leave your mobile phone out of the bedroom (buy an alarm clock)
Don’t eat a large meal before bedtime. 
Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet. 
Avoid caffeine and alcohol in the late afternoon or evening.

In today’s podcast Dr Rebecca Gladding argues that perception is learned, when meaning is given to raw experience of reality. Because of that, we are all conditioned by society since we are born and often the narrative in our brains is deceptive, tenacious and even false.
The first step to overcome the narrative is awareness, getting out of our automatic mode by being mindful more often, to lead us to higher levels of consciousness.
She says “When you can tap into there, there is no more anxiety, no depression, just purity”
An unconditioned mind is Joyful and creative, just like a baby’s mind, full of curiosity, love and compassion, some call it the original mind.
