Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, either on a chair or on the floor.
Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling your belly and chest expand. Exhale slowly, feeling your body relax. Repeat this process a few more times, feeling any tension in your body release.
Now, imagine a bright, radiant light filling your body with positive energy. As you breathe in, imagine this light growing stronger, and as you breathe out, imagine any negativity or self-doubt leaving your body.
Take a few moments to reflect on your goals and aspirations. What does your best self look like? What do you need to do to become that person?
Visualize yourself achieving these goals, feeling the emotions of accomplishment and fulfillment.Now, bring your attention to your breath.
Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, imagine any self-limiting beliefs leaving your body. Repeat this process a few more times, letting go of any negative thoughts or emotions.
As you continue to breathe, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
"I am capable of achieving my goals."
"I am deserving of success and happiness."
"I have the power to create the life I want."
Feel these affirmations resonate within you, and know that they are true.
Take a moment to reflect on your values and beliefs. What matters most to you? How can you align your actions with your values to become your best self?
Now, allow yourself to experience a state of deep relaxation. Let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on your breath.
As you begin to conclude your meditation, repeat the following affirmation to yourself:
"I am becoming my best self every day."
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to stretch and become aware of your surroundings. Know that you can carry the energy of this meditation with you as you move forward in your day.
